Published 17 december 2024

At NTEX, safety comes first – both for our employees and our customers. Our Dangerous Goods Advisor, Anna-Karin Falk, works daily to ensure that the handling, storage and transportation of dangerous goods is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the law. For our customers, this means peace of mind, knowing that your goods are always in safe hands.

Who is Anna-Karin Falk?
Anna-Karin has worked with dangerous goods for over 15 years and is a true expert in the field. Her passion for safety started early in her career when she realized the importance of proper handling to protect both people and the environment. Since then, she has built up unique expertise that benefits both NTEX and our customers.

“I love that no two days are the same,” says Anna-Karin. “Being able to contribute to protecting employees, customers, and the environment motivates me to keep growing and improving both myself and the company.”

What does this mean for you as a customer?
Having a dedicated Dangerous Goods Advisor means that NTEX adheres to strict regulations and ensures safe handling of dangerous goods in compliance with all legal requirements. For you as a customer, this brings several benefits:

  • Safety at every step: Our drivers, terminal staff and other employees receive regular training and updates to handle goods safely and correctly.
  • Focus on quality: Proactive measures and robust routines minimize the risk of errors, delays and incidents – protecting both your goods and your reputation.

Developing internal expertise
Anna-Karin is also passionate about developing her colleagues. In 2025, she will launch a new training program for “Subject Matter Experts” (SME) to strengthen NTEX’s competence in dangerous goods across our terminals and offices. This ensures that both we and our customers are prepared for future challenges.

“The SME program gives us a unique opportunity to share knowledge internally and raise standards at every level,” says Anna-Karin. “It’s about building a strong team that is ready to handle everything from the simplest to the most complex tasks.”

Safe transport starts with strong expertise
With a dedicated Dangerous Goods Advisor and a strong focus on employee development, NTEX takes responsibility for delivering safe and secure solutions for our customers. Anna-Karin’s passion and experience ensure that we are always one step ahead in safety and quality.
