If there are any requirements for specific loading or unloading dates, this must be clearly specified at the time of booking. We also recommend that you coordinate with your local NTEX contact. Please note that the availability of equipment and space on ferries is limited during the summer period. NTEX therefore reserves the right, when necessary, to revert with any additional costs, as our suppliers may operate with adjusted lead times and capacity conditions during this period.
We will, as a matter of the utmost priority, make every effort to ensure the continued delivery of our services in full accordance with your expectations.

The rapidly increasing oil costs affect our costs for transport both by road and sea within Europe.
• For the customers who are currently covered by our general surcharges Fuel/Currency and BAF/SECA. We will revert to monthly updates from 01/06/2026.
• For our other customers, we have introduced a BAF Emergency which will be carried out on an monthly basis as from 01/06/2026. The current surcharge for June is 22.23%, and is continuously adjusted depending on the development of the diesel price.
• For our domestic transports in Sweden, we have updated our Fuel Surcharge. As of 1 June 2026, the surcharge will be adjusted monthly and will apply to all customers within NTEX Domestic.
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the continued developments in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market. We are closely monitoring the current situation and follow the developments continuously.

The adjustment applies as from Monday, 01/06/2026 and concerns bookings/ transports shipped on and from the same date.
The reason for this change is that we no longer see the same fluctuations in fuel prices, although the levels remain high. We assess that this change will contribute to a simplified administration for our customers.
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the continued development in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market. We are closely monitoring developments and continuously observing the current situation.

• For our other customers, we have introduced a BAF Emergency surcharge with weekly adjustment. The current surcharge for week 22 is 23.28%, and is continuously adjusted depending on the development of the diesel price.
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the continued developments in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market.
